近日，洲际酒店集团正式任命宁瀚先生为惠州皇冠假日酒店总经理，全面负责这家豪华酒店的运营管理及业务发展工作。

宁瀚先生拥有20余年酒店从业及管理经验，其职业生涯起步于洲际酒店集团皇冠假日酒店品牌。在其职业生涯中，曾就职于索菲特酒店、香格里拉酒店、丽思卡尔顿酒店、凯宾斯基酒店、及洲际酒店集团大中华区支持中心。

宁瀚先生储备了丰富的酒店管理经验，拥有极强领导能力和沟通能力，以及丰富的销售和市场推广背景；同时宁瀚先生目前还在香港理工大学酒店和旅游管理学院攻读博士学位。

Mr. Arthur Ge has held a series of positions at international brand hotels, such as Hyatt, IHG, Raffles, Hilton, with outstanding contribution and dedication. Over 20 year’s hospitality experience also enabled him to make marvelous achievement through accumulating fruitful knowledge in all aspects of hotel management, not just limited to daily operation, marketing strategy and F&B development.

宣昊先生拥有10年以上的酒店市场销售,集团区域销售以及新开酒店市场销售管理经验，在凯悦集团、香格里拉集团、曼谷香格里拉酒店和吉隆坡香格里拉酒店担任要职期间，积累了丰富的市场敏锐力及营销技能。在加入三亚珊瑚湾文华东方酒店之前，任北京颐和安缦市场销售总监一职。宣昊先生对于奢华酒店理念有着独特的见解，对社交媒体运用和联合品牌营销活动的丰富经验使其更加善于结合时下客群潮流风向进行市场资源的有效开拓。

In his appointed role, he will be fully in charge of the daily operation and management of Sales and Marketing team, taking the lead on crafting new strategy for more hotel profits.

Mr.Xuan Hao has worked in Sales near 10 years in luxury properties and held different positions with the Hyatt Regency, RSO Shangri-la, Shangri-la Bangkok, Shangri-la Kuala Lumpur. Before join us, he was the Director of Marketing and Sales for AMAN Summer Palace. Mr. Xuan Hao as a unique perspective on the concept of luxury brand hotels, and his rich experience in social media and co-branding campaigns makes him more adept at developing market resources effectively in line with current guest trends.

近日，洲际酒店集团近期任命邹陈生先生为福州融侨新港假日酒店财务总监，全面负责酒店的财务管理工作。

邹陈生先生拥有超过十二年的酒店财务管理工作经验，于2011年开始他的酒店职业生涯，曾先后任职于多个国际品牌酒店。在为不同的国际酒店管理公司与酒店业主方服务的过程中，邹陈生先生在多个岗位中积累了丰富扎实的财务知识和管理经验。在履新此职位前，邹陈生先生任职于Club Med 三亚度假村，且担任财务总监一职。

Mr. Todd Zou has more than 12 years hotel financial management experience and he has worked for several international hotel brands. During his work experience and service for different international hotel brands and owners, he has abundant financial knowledge and management experience. Prior to taking up this new position in Holiday Inn Fuzhou New Port, Mr. Todd Zou was the CFO of Club Med Sanya Resort.

陈磊先生加入酒店行业已有20余年，有丰富的酒店管理经验。曾在温德姆集团和希尔顿集团等品牌酒店担任餐饮总监的职务；之前在万豪集团、雅高集团等旗下国际酒店品牌担任行政总厨的职务。

史政先生

史政先生于近日加入宁波柏悦酒店担任行政总厨一职，全面负责酒店各厨房的运营及管理。

来自上海的史政拥有逾30年国际酒店从业及管理经验。其酒店职业生涯始于1988年加入的花园饭店（上海），经过十一年的历练和成长于1999年加入上海金茂君悦酒店开业团队担任厨师长一职，自此开启了长达23年的凯悦集团酒店生涯。2009年，史师傅作为开业团队先锋调任澳门君悦酒店担任高级副厨师长。在此后的10年里，史师傅延续厨房管理职位，并分别于上海安达仕酒店、苏州凯悦酒店、上海嘉定凯悦酒店和上海环球港凯悦酒店担任烹饪团队管理职位，积累了丰富的餐饮及厨房的筹备及管理经验。多年来不同城市、类型各异的酒店经历和阅历锻造了他精湛的厨艺以及卓越的领导力。此次履新之前，史师傅在杭州君悦酒店担任行政总厨。
